This feature is designed for users who need to act quickly on new leads or submissions. It’s especially useful when:

You expect the same convenience other form tools provide — an automatic email with submitted data as soon as it arrives.
With email notifications, the right people get the right information instantly, so they can respond without delay.
Steps to turn on form submission emails
You set up email notifications separately for each form widget.
Select the widget you want to configure.
Go to Widget details → Integrations.
Toggle Receive an email notification whenever the form is submitted to ON.
4. Select the recipients:
Choose ‘All’ to send notifications to all project users (Advanced plan or higher). Only users with access to the project can be email recipients.
Or select specific users from the list.
5. Click Save.
What’s in the notification email
When email notifications are enabled, Claspo sends a separate email for each new form submission. The email includes:

You’ll also see a link to turn off notifications for a specific user on a specific widget, helping you control future emails.
