This setup works well when your offer depends on location. For example, you can show a free local delivery banner only in cities where delivery is available, or promote a store opening only to visitors nearby.
Create or customize your widget first
Start with the widget you want to show in selected locations. You can choose a template and customize it for your brand, or create a widget from scratch if you already have a specific design in mind.
To learn more, read the guides on customizing templates and creating widgets from scratch.
Once the design is ready, click Save, and then set the location rule.
Set location targeting
1. Click Audience & Triggering.
2. Go to In locations > Show in selected locations > Choose whether you want to select countries, regions, or cities.
3. Use the search bar to find the needed location.
4. Select the locations where the widget should appear and click Done.
5. Publish the widget.
Example result: a more relevant local offer
The widget appears only to visitors from the locations you selected. For example, visitors from London can see a local delivery message, while visitors from other cities will not see this widget.
This keeps the offer relevant. People who can use local delivery are more likely to subscribe, claim the offer, and come back to buy.
