In Claspo you can integrate widgets with your existing HubSpot account. This allows you to export your data collected in Claspo to HubSpot.

Adding the HubSpot integration in Claspo

Generally, there are two steps to integrate your HubSpot account with Claspo:

Connecting the HubSpot account.
Configuring the HubSpot integration settings for the widget.

Connecting the HubSpot account

You can connect the HubSpot account to Claspo when:

Creating a new widget, or
Adding the new integration for the existing widget.

To connect the HubSpot account to Claspo:

When creating a new widget, click + Add integration at the Integrations step.
Or,
To add integration to the existing widget, go to Widgets → select the widget → Integrations and click + Add integration.
Select HubSpot from the list of apps.
In the pop-up window, select Sign in to your HubSpot account.
Enter your email address and password, then select Log in.
Select the radio button beside your account and click Choose Account.
Select the checkbox beside the agreement statement and select Connect app.

Your Claspo account is connected to HubSpot.

NOTE:

The HubSpot access permission does not expire and remains valid unless you revoke it.
If you experience authorization issues, click Reauthorize at the top of the HubSpot integration window in Claspo to repeat the authorization process.

Configuring the HubSpot integration settings for the widget

The HubSpot integration window allows setting up the integration configuration as described below.

To set up the HubSpot integration for the widget:

Select the list from the List dropdown. The dropdown menu shows the lists created in your HubSpot account.
In the Field mapping section, expand the dropdown lists in the HubSpot column and select the corresponding values. Click Show more fields to display all the available fields.
NOTE:
- The Email field is required.
- You can transmit to HubSpot the following geolocation data of a site visitor interacting with the widget: city, country, and country code.
The Field mapping section contains two types of fields:
- Widget fields: Those are the contact fields you add when editing a Claspo template. For example, email, first name, last name, phone.
- System fields: Those are the fields depending on the site where a widget is displayed. For example, site language, browser, operation system, device.
In the Static fields section, enter the static field values and select the corresponding field names in HubSpot from the dropdown list.
The static fields are the same for all the customers who subscribe using this widget.
Add more static fields as required by clicking + Add static fields, then click Done.

Your HubSpot account is now integrated with the Claspo widget and the site visitor data from the widgets will be automatically transferred to the HubSpot account.

NOTE:

The new contacts are created with a single opt-in process.
