How do I get started?
All you need is access to your website — no designers or developers required.
To publish widgets, simply paste a small script into your site’s code. That’s it. The script is lightweight and won’t slow down your site. For detailed instructions on installing our script, see this section.
Claspo works with most website builders and CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and others. We also support installation via Google Tag Manager. Once the script is installed, you can build and launch widgets using our visual drag-and-drop editor — no coding skills needed.
What if my widget isn’t showing up?
First, try opening your site in incognito mode or clearing your browser cache — that usually does the trick. If it’s still not showing:
Double-check your widget’s display conditions (targeting, device type, etc.).
Confirm the widget is published and not paused.

Where can I see the collected leads?
You can view all collected leads right inside your Claspo account. Here’s how: click Leads in the left-hand menu.
At the top, you’ll see Unique by Email and Unique by Phone — click Show leads to view full lists with contact details and submission dates. You can search or filter them by time.
Need to download your leads? Just hit the CSV button in the top right.
Below, the Submissions by widgets section shows how many leads each widget collected. Click Show submissions to see entries for a specific widget. At the bottom, Last 10 submissions displays the most recent submissions with full details (email, phone, prizes, promo codes).
To download your leads, use the CSV button in the top-right corner.
Click them to open the lists. You’ll see names, emails, phone numbers, and submission dates — all in one place. Use the search bar or time filter to find what you need.
What happens when I reach my pageview limit?
Your widgets will pause — but you can keep everything running smoothly by upgrading your plan. Upgrading gives you a higher pageview limit along with additional benefits such as more connected sites and the removal of the Powered by Claspo branding.
How are pageviews calculated?
Claspo counts pageviews, not widget impressions. We count a pageview any time a visitor lands on a page that has the Claspo script. So if they reload the page or visit it again later, that still adds to your total. A widget impression is different — it only happens when a widget actually shows up for the visitor. Since Claspo needs to process each pageview to check display conditions, we use pageviews as the basis for your plan.
How long can I use the Free subscription?
As long as you like — the Free plan has no time limit and isn’t a trial. You’ll get access to all our features, including unlimited widget templates, integrations, and targeting options. If your site traffic grows and you need higher page view limits or want to remove the Claspo logo, you can upgrade anytime.
If I hit the Free plan’s pageviews limit, can I trial Pro before upgrading?
Yes. If you reach the Free plan’s pageviews limit, you can start a 14-day Pro trial to test Claspo on higher traffic before committing.
During the trial, you get full access to all Pro features, including higher pageview limits and advanced options like multiple active websites, custom domain support, etc. This gives you time to properly test your setups and see how Claspo performs at scale.
The first 14 days are completely free. After the trial ends, the selected Pro plan continues as a paid subscription with a full 30-day billing period, based on the plan you choose.
How can I get a discount?
Easy — switch to an annual plan, and you’ll get a 25% discount. The discount applies to all paid plans, so you save more no matter which one you choose.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your plan renews automatically at the start of each billing period, and the payment is charged to your selected method. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your Claspo plan using a credit or debit card — we support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. All payments go through Stripe, so your details stay secure. Just pick a plan, choose monthly or annual billing, and you’re good to go.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime — there are no long-term contracts or commitments. Click on your profile name, go to Billing > Active subscriptions, click the three dots next to your plan, and choose ‘Cancel subscription’ from the dropdown menu.
What’s your refund policy?
You can get a refund within 30 days on a monthly plan or 100 days on an annual plan. No questions asked — just contact us.
Can I offer Claspo to my clients?
Absolutely. If you're an agency, marketer, or freelancer working with clients, you’ve got two great options:
Use Claspo with clients directly: our Pro plans let you manage widgets across multiple websites (Pro 100 plan and higher) and include unlimited user seats — ideal for client work.
Earn with referrals: prefer to recommend tools? Join our Affiliate program and earn 25% commission for every paid signup.
How can I change the email address linked to my account?
You can change the account email by transferring the Owner role to another user. Only the current Owner can do this.
To transfer ownership, invite a new user to the account and then change their role to Owner.
Once confirmed, the new user becomes the account Owner, and your role is automatically changed to Admin. Ownership transfer is immediate and irreversible.
Important: Shopify-connected accounts can have only one user — the Owner. In this case, ownership can’t be transferred manually. To change the Owner email for a Shopify account, please contact our support team.
How do I add a new user to my account?
Here’s how to invite someone:
Step 1 — click your profile name in the bottom-left corner.
Step 2 — go to Users.
Step 3 — click New user.
Then just enter the email, choose a role (Admin, Marketer, Analyst, or Viewer), and assign them to specific sites if needed.
Need help choosing a role? Click ‘Roles description’ to compare permissions. You can invite by email or send a link — and optionally notify them automatically.
