After making the first payment, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the Billing menu of your account. In this case, you use the chosen pricing plan during a paid period. After that, the Pricing plan of your account is downgraded automatically to FREE and no new charges are taken.

There are no long-term contracts or obligations while using our system. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Billing> Active subscriptions menu. Click the ellipsis on the right of your subscription details, and select Delete payment method from the dropdown list.

In your Claspo subscription, you have a specific number of pageviews or, in other words, the number of times a user visits your pages where the Claspo script is installed.

The Claspo tracking module counts a pageview whenever a page is loaded or the URL path (URL segments before the interrogation (?) mark) of a page changes. If a user navigates to a different page and then returns to the original page, a second pageview is recorded as well. If a user clicks reload after reaching the page, this is counted as an additional pageview.

A pageview is not counted when the query component of a page URL changes. (The query component is that placed after the interrogation (?) mark in a URL.) For example, when a user applies or changes filters on your page and the URL path does not change.
