If you use Cookiebot or similar services to manage cookies and trackers on your site, you might encounter situations where Claspo widgets do not get displayed correctly or don’t get displayed at all.

This can happen when site visitors consent to the collection of strictly necessary cookies or deny cookies.

To restore the display of widgets blocked by a consent management platform, log into your CMP, find cookie and tracker settings, and set the cookie category to Necessary for the cookie that was blocked.

To prevent the widgets from getting blocked we suggest you add the following URLs to the list of self-declared cookies and trackers:

  • scripts.claspo.io;

  • script.claspo.io;

  • cdn.claspo.io.

For example, in Cookiebot, go to Cookies and Reports > select the domain for which to add a cookie > click on Add Cookie/tracker.

The URL should go into the Provider field and be categorized as Necessary.

Remember, that the process of adding self-declared cookies differs from platform to platform, so please check with your provider for more detailed instructions.
