Send Claspo lead events to Meta Pixel

When someone successfully submits a widget, Claspo sends the action to Meta Pixel as a standard Lead event.

To send the event, Meta Pixel needs to be installed on your website.

It appears in Meta Events Manager and can be used in Ads Manager to track conversions, measure campaign performance, and optimize ads for leads.

Claspo sends the standard Meta Lead event, so you do not need to create a Custom Conversion or add your Pixel ID and API token in Claspo.

Once Meta receives the event, you can use it to:

  • count leads collected through Claspo widgets;

  • measure campaign results;

  • calculate cost per lead;

  • optimize campaigns for lead generation;

  • build audiences from people who triggered the Lead event.

Turn on tracking for a new widget

1. Create your widget and complete its setup.

2. On the screen with triggering, find Analytics.

3. Turn on Send events to Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

4. Publish the widget.

The event is sent through the Meta Pixel already installed on the website.

Turn on tracking for an existing widget

1. Open the widget you want to track.

2. Go to Integrations.

3. Under Analytics, turn on Send events to Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

4. Click Save.

If you had already enabled Analytics for this widget, leave the setting as it is. Meta tracking is added automatically, so there is nothing else to switch on.

What happens after a submission

Once a submission goes through successfully, Claspo sends the standard Meta Lead event through the Pixel installed on the page.

The event is linked to the submit action, not to a particular widget format. So it can work with any Claspo widget that produces a successful submission.
