You can cancel your paid subscription plan at any time in your Claspo app.
To cancel the paid subscription:
Select your account → Organization.
In the Subscription type section, select Change plan for your current paid plan.
In the Pricing plans window, select the Downgrade button in the Free plan column.
In the popup window, select Yes, downgrade.
The confirmation window displays.
To return to the app’s main page, select the Go to main page button.
Or,
Click the Close (X) icon to close the confirmation window.
NOTE:
After closing the confirmation window, you might need to click the Refresh icon of your browser to view the up-to-date information about your active subscriptions.
