You can cancel your paid subscription plan at any time in your Claspo account. Follow these steps:
In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, click your workspace name (Claspo Demo in the example below).
In the menu that opens, select Billing.
On the subscription card, click the three-dot menu (…) in the bottom-right corner. In the dropdown, select Cancel subscription.
After you cancel, auto-renewal for this subscription will be stopped. You can use the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace will move to the Free plan.
Note This tutorial applies to regular Claspo users. If you subscribed through Shopify or AppSumo, you must cancel your subscription directly on those platforms. |
