Proceed with the following instructions below to configure the integration settings.

Configuring the Userlist integration settings for the widget

The New UserList integration window allows setting up configuration, as described below in the following subsections.

When configured, click Done at the bottom of the window.

Setting up Field mapping

The Field mapping section contains two types of fields:

  • Widget fields: Those are the contact fields you add when editing a Claspo template. For example, email, first name, last name, phone number.

  • System fields: Those are the fields depending on the site where a widget is displayed. For example, site language, browser, operation system, device.

There are two parts in the Field mapping section in the New UserList integration window:

  • Required fields

  • Property fields

The Required fields part has Email as the required field. If you have the Email component added to your widget, the entered email address will be sent to Userlist.

To configure the fields in Property fields:

  1. Click Show more fields to view all the available field pairs.

  2. Select the checkbox in the row of the field pairs and enter the corresponding field name in Userlist.

    Or,
Select the checkbox on the top of the fields list to select all fields.

Setting up Static fields

To add static fields:

  1. Click + Add static field in the Static fields section.

  2. Enter the field value in the Field value column, and then enter the corresponding field value in the UserList column.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add more static fields.

The Userlist integration is added to the widget. When the widget is published, all the collected data are automatically transferred to the specified Userlist properties.

You can edit the Userlist configuration at any time by clicking the UserList integration box in the Integrations menu.
