In Claspo you can integrate with your existing SalesDrive account to use the capabilities provided by both apps.
Adding the SalesDrive integration in Claspo
The following steps are required to integrate your SalesDrive account with Claspo:
Creating API key in SalesDrive.
Connecting the SalesDrive account.
Configuring the SalesDrive integration settings for the widget.
Creating API key in SalesDrive
To create a new API key in the SalesDrive account:
Go to Settings → Common settings and integrations → Other services → API.
Select the API key button.
Select + Create API key.
Enter the API key name in the Name field.
In the Access section, select at least all checkboxes in the Leads row, then click Save.
Your API key appears in the API-key field. Copy and save this key, it is used for connecting the SalesDrive account to Claspo.
Connecting the SalesDrive account
You can connect the SalesDrive account to Claspo when:
Creating a new widget.
Or,Adding the new integration for the existing widget.
To connect the SalesDrive account to Claspo:
When creating a new widget, click + Add integration at the Integrations step.
Or,When editing the existing widget, go to Widgets → select the widget → Integrations and click + Add integration.
Select SalesDrive from the list of apps.
The 'New SalesDrive integration' window opens.
Enter your SalesDrive domain and API key in the corresponding fields and click Save.
Note:
The SalesDrive access permission does not expire and remains valid unless you revoke it.
If you experience authorization issues, click the pencil icon beside the SalesDrive icon on the integration page and repeat the authorization process.
Proceed with the following instructions below to configure the integration settings.
Configuring the SalesDrive integration settings for a widget
The New SalesDrive Integration window allows setting up the integration configuration as described below in the following subsections.
When configured, click Done at the bottom of the window.
Setting up Field mapping
The Field mapping section contains two types of fields:
Widget fields: Those are the contact fields you add when editing a Claspo template. For example, email, first name, last name, phone number.
System fields: Those are the fields depending on the site where a widget is displayed. For example, site language, browser, operation system, device.
To set up the field mapping:
Expand the dropdown lists in the SalesDrive column and select the corresponding values.
Click Show more fields to display and set up all available fields.
You can send the data received using the Claspo widget to the custom properties in SalesDrive.
To send data to the custom properties:
Enable the Send data to custom properties slide button.
Select the checkbox in the row of the Claspo field name and enter the SalesDrive request parameter name in the corresponding field.
Select Show more fields and add more request parameters, as described in step 2.
Note:
You can find the request parameter names in your SalesDrive account by going to Settings → Common settings and integrations → Other services → API → Adding orders.
Setting up Static fields
To add static fields:
Click + Add static field in the Static fields section.
Enter the field value, and select the corresponding SalesDrive field value from the dropdown list.
To add more static fields, click + Add static field, and repeat step 2.
